Well I got carried away rebuilding my truck and they took her in and figured out that I forgot to tighten my ground on the back of the engine, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg so I’m pretty happy, definitely will go to them again if I’m a massive dummy again. Also they didn’t make me feel stupid, they just fixed it and helped me out.

I had requested a "TRIPLE FLUSH" be performed in accordance with the Technical Service Bulletin on our 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, and it was done!! I had requested this at a different dealership in Spokane Valley, and was told "it does not affect your VIN or vehicle." Since I had given them the TSB Number to familiarize themselves with it, and requested they double check, they refused to perform it as I had requested. I asked again and was told they would not do it as it was not a warranty item. I left and called CAMP CHEVROLET and spoke with SUZY ORTH, who spoke with the CORVETTE Technician and agreed to do it as per the TSB. I also asked for an oil change which was accomplished with the TRIPLE FLUSH, with no questions or hesitation. Thank you very much for your time, assistance and understanding. I will get all of my services done with CAMP CHEVROLET from now on.

Unfortunately, Camp didn’t have the write vehicle for us, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Josh. Real patient salesman, no high pressure tactics. Would’ve loved to purchase from him if possible.

Aaron is a good service advisor. Communicated very well to us. Since we were waiting for our car he got the techs to get it done in a timely manner.

Landon was very nice. I was having a bad day and as he told me the few things my car needed I was a bit short with him.. he took it in stride and gently redirected me. It was a simple filter, he even showed me how dirty mine was.. i appreciated the kindness and grace.. I was also concerned about my squeaky brakes. He totally could have up sold me brakes but assured me mine were fine. I appreciate not being taken advantage of. My appt ran on time also..

He was fantastic! He got me right in and my ride came quickly so I wouldn't be late for work. He made sure everything was good to go with my breaks and the service was for free which was a great surprise. Will always take my car there when something goes wrong. Highly recommend!!!!

Linda was amazing! She greeted me with a smile and directed me to where I needed to go to get a price for key replacement and programing. After getting quote I had to go back out to where Linda and the rest of them where sitting. Linda was on the phone and the guy next to her called me up. He was very dismissive and seemed very annoyed of me. Linda noticed and took charge making it a little easier on me as she seen me carrying my baby who wasn’t trying to make things easy for me. Linda thank you! Your customer service was what I needed that day as I was having a rough morning. I appreciate your kindness ❤️

I recently purchased a Silverado for work and have been getting it serviced at Camp Chevrolet. Each time the vehicle is serviced I get picture and video updates of all the work as it’s being done and details on how far along common west items like brakes and tires are measured at. I’m fairly particular when it come to cars and maintenance and appreciate the attention to detail that the technicians (Landon in this instance) give to the service. 10/10 service experience, would recommend trusting the folks at Camp to keep you car on the road.
