The service I received at Camp Chevrolet was excellent. The service advisor, Arron Murrell, was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly explained what they would do and when it would be ready. It was ready on time. I was told that some fluid was leaking on the right side of the differential, that should be checked out. I appreciate the heads up regarding this issue and will return to Camp with my Cadillac XT5 for diagnosis and any repairs, if needed. L.H.

I'm a loyal customer buying my last 4 vehicles at Camps. I purchased a new Blazer in August of 2022 and it was missing chips. I was told by the salesperson that the chips would be in by the end of the year. It is now March of 2023 and still no chips. I will never purchase another GM product again. I think the dealers could put more pressure on the manufacture since it will eventually cost them business. This is unacceptable.

I was welcomed by Meghan in the parts' department, who was professional and friendly. My service was delayed by almost an hour, due to previous car being serviced. She explained the reason for the delay, and also put me at ease with the time it would take to address my car. We went over the services that were performed. Meghan is a great addition to the Camp-Chevrolet team!

Last Tuesday I noticed my engine light came on along with several messages on the dash. Car started to run rough, so I headed to your service department. I lucked out to have Trenton Steagal as my Service Advisor, Trenton called be later that day and said I had a problem with my fuel injectors. We have the extended warranty on the vehicle, and it didn't take Trenton long to call the warranty department and get things going. When it comes to service, no one else compares. They send you videos of your cars walk around. If you need any assistance, they send you a text that you can reply to with any questions. Friendly, quick and outstanding. Let's not forget the coffee, cocoa or apple cider while you wait.

Linda made my experience exceptionally great! There were hiccups and issues getting parts for my vehicle to be serviced, but Linda found a solution for ever problem and made sure my life wasn't interrupted by our only vehicle being in the shop for a couple days. I'm so grateful for all of Linda's help and support and I'm very happy with the results!

I received a letter from GM saying that a module that was not available when I purchased my vehicle was now ready to install and that I had 30 days to have it done, free of charge. Called Camp and made appointment to have it done. I drove over from Hayden ID and arrived at the appointed time. The service advisor looked dumbfounded and said that he didn’t know that they were doing any of these installations and would see if the parts were in. Always have had my 2021 Silverado serviced at Camp Chevrolet. They have always been friendly and very professional. All work is completed with a full explanation and status of my vehicle before you leave. Although all the service writers are great, Jacob is my favorite. Just brought a 2022 Silverado 1500 4wd short bed with 2.7 turbo motor. It will get better mileage than the 5.7 Dodge ram quad cab long bed I rarely drive. Camp was personable and efficient. Glad I went!

Bought my '19 Colorado here almost a year ago. Darin was a top notch sales agent and got me a great deal and a fantastic rate of financing. I hate buying cars. First car buying experience I didn't hate. They are honest people. I have never been a fan of buying extended warranties. Camp has one and they suggested that I purchased it. Dropped in to the service department in the morning after ordering replacement key fob and key from the parts department. Being a typical Monday they were pretty busy but were able to shoe-horn me in that afternoon. They followed my request to the letter and I am very pleased with the results.

I wish fixing a headlight bulb was a little less than $100, but the service itself was fast, friendly and proficient. I also got to talk to the salesman, Cody, who rescued me from a horrible deal from another dealer, so that was nice. Not much turnover in sales staff means it's also a pretty good place to work.
