Dropped truck off two days before appointment as I was going to be out of town the day of appointment! Aaron checked me in and advised me that they may be able to complete the recall later that day. Low & behold Aaron called me a few hours later that the truck was ready! Really was appreciative as I didn't have to leave my truck sitting at the dealership while I was out of town. Great forward thinking on Aaron's part. Made my life a bit less stressful 😅

It took us less than 24 hours to make a dissension about the car with his help. He is very professional and helpful. We got a used 2021 Bolt EV, which is as good as new, for an excellent deal! Well I got carried away rebuilding my truck and they took her in and figured out that I forgot to tighten my ground on the back of the engine, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg so I’m pretty happy, definitely will go to them again if I’m a massive dummy again. Also they didn’t make me feel stupid, they just fixed it and helped me out.

I had requested a "TRIPLE FLUSH" be performed in accordance with the Technical Service Bulletin on our 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, and it was done!! I had requested this at a different dealership in Spokane Valley, and was told "it does not affect your VIN or vehicle." Since I had given them the TSB Number to familiarize themselves with it, and requested they double check, they refused to perform it as I had requested. Landon was very nice. I was having a bad day and as he told me the few things my car needed I was a bit short with him.. he took it in stride and gently redirected me. It was a simple filter, he even showed me how dirty mine was.. i appreciated the kindness and grace.. I was also concerned about my squeaky brakes. He totally could have up sold me brakes but assured me mine were fine. I appreciate not being taken advantage of. My appt ran on time also..

I recently purchased a Silverado for work and have been getting it serviced at Camp Chevrolet. Each time the vehicle is serviced I get picture and video updates of all the work as it’s being done and details on how far along common west items like brakes and tires are measured at. I’m fairly particular when it come to cars and maintenance and appreciate the attention to detail that the technicians (Landon in this instance) give to the service. 10/10 service experience, would recommend trusting the folks at Camp to keep you car on the road.

RC was great! Very professional, transparent, honest, and got us taken care of fast. On the downside, I have not been contacted regarding the windshield chip that was supposed to be repaired/replaced, and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone in the service drive.
