I came in for an oil change and transmission flush. The service representative that assisted me was very professional and respectful and very polite and smiled. That was important to me. I've been to other dealerships and the rep was stoned faced, the body language was very uncomfortable, not inviting at all, so that's why I appreciated the service I received at Camp Chevrolet.

Can't say enough good things about Linda. I bought a used truck and the engine light came on before we got home. I brought it in the next day and Linda put the code reader on and scheduled me for the following Wednesday. The truck was repaired at no cost which was greatly appreciated. I'm very happy with the way I was treated by Linda and the rest of Camp's service department.

I recently purchased the Lithia lifetime oil package for $800, which includes free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle. I came in for a routine oil/filter change at 3pm on 2/26/25. The service writer took care of my request, but wasn't particularly interested in my vehicle or interested in greeting me personally. He was fairly aloof and noncommittal. I didn't receive a multipoint inspection report, but I trust the oil was changed properly. Aaron was courteous and pleasant to work with. Showed me the recommended service options for the mileage, but wasn’t pushy about it. When I declined the fuel treatment, that was as it, no pressure or attitude. Every time I’ve been in to Camp I’ve been treated with respect and the service has always been top-notch.
Honestly, I would have given Camp Chevrolet a 3 because despite 5-star worthy service by the staff, especially Isiah in sales, I loathe arbitration clauses that basically strip the buyer of any legal recourse if they get sold a problematic car and I'm both educated and occasionally petty like that. I dropped my 2023 Ram 3500 diesel off for a lifetime oil change, fuel filter change, and a tire rotation. The tech entered all of my vehicle information when I dropped my truck off and I signed the estimate for $224; however when I picked my truck up the bill was actually $420. When I inquired about the $200 increase I was told it’s because I drive a Ram diesel. And Jared further told me that it would’ve been the $179 if the service was done on a GM. Toni was great, she had an associate of hers to help us with the purchase of our car, three days after getting our car we found rock chips and one has started to spider. I had to run up and get my license plates and talked with her about it and she hooked me up with a new windshield through insurance. my truck has 89,000 miles on it. went in for a check engine light and we have now replaced two items and still the check engine light came on. Maybe third time is a charm. The people were friendly and polite and understood my frustration
